Why a specialist agency for home improvement Not our niche. The whole job.

Plenty of agencies will take a brief from any industry. We only work with brands that make tools, paint, flooring, fittings and materials, and with the creators who put those products to work on camera. That focus changes how every campaign gets planned.

01Audience and integration

The right creatorbeats a millionrandom views.

Reach is easy to buy. What’s hard is putting a product in front of people who are about to use something like it. In home improvement those people are easy to spot, because they’re in the comments asking which saw, which primer, how long the floor took.

We find the creators those people already trust, and we build each brief around the moment the product does its job on camera. That’s product integration, and it’s most of what separates a campaign that sells from one that just gets watched.

02What we plan for

Every sponsored projecthas layers.

Most of them never make it on camera, and a generalist won’t know to look for them. These are the ones we plan for on every brief.

Cross-section drawing of a floor being laid during a renovation, with a phone on a tripod filming above it. Six numbered callouts mark the post, the boards, the underlay, the subfloor, the joists and the services below.
Section A-A. A floor going down mid-project, from the post to the pipes.
  1. On camera

    The post everyone sees

The reveal and the view count. It’s the part anyone can judge from the outside, and it only works when everything under it does.

  2. Boards

    The product’s real job

Whether your product does something in the project or just sits in shot. Viewers can tell, so briefs are built around the moment it gets used.

  3. Underlay

    The audience

You never see it, but it changes how the whole thing feels. We look at where the viewers live and whether they’re planning a job of their own.

  4. Subfloor

    The creator’s craft

If the base isn’t sound, nothing on top sits right. We look for creators who finish what they start and handle a tool properly on camera.

  5. Joists

    The schedule

Deliveries run late and paint needs time to cure. Our timelines carry that load, so nobody rushes the job to hit a posting date.

  6. Services

    The rules

Some jobs legally need a licensed trade, and the rules differ between countries and states. Ad disclosure rules differ too. We check what applies before a brief goes out.

03Commercial planning

Planned like acommercial project.

  1. Budgets that make sense

Fees, product costs and usage rights are scoped before anyone is approached, so the money goes where it can do the most.

  2. Stock and shipping

Product has to arrive before filming starts. We plan delivery around the creator’s project, not the other way round.

  3. Timelines with slack

Renovations overrun. Schedules leave room for that, so a late delivery doesn’t become a rushed post.

  4. Execution, chased

Briefs, drafts, approvals and posting dates are tracked against what was agreed, and somebody follows up on every one of them.

We’ll also tell youwhen not to run one.

If your product isn’t ready to be shown, or the right creators aren’t free when you need them, we’ll say so before you spend anything. Same goes for creators: if a brand doesn’t suit your channel, we won’t push it on you.

For brands

Your product goes to creators who already work with products like it, in projects where it has a real job to do.

How it works for brands

For creators

You won’t have to explain why a floor takes a weekend or why the second coat matters. We already know, because it’s the only work we do.

How it works for creators

04Promises

Promiseswe can keep.

No agency can honestly promise how a post will perform. What we can promise is how the work gets done.

  1. Every creator we put forward has been checked against your product and the market you sell in.

  2. Fees and usage rights are agreed in writing before anyone starts work.

  3. Creators only hear about briefs that suit their projects, and their honest opinion stays in the content.

  4. If something isn’t working, you’ll hear it from us first, along with what we’d change.
