Sharp Studio Privacy policy.
Last updated 12 October 2026. The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply and to look for a good fit, and we don’t track you around the internet.
Who we are
This policy explains how Sharp Studio handles personal information collected through sharpstudiohq.com and through enquiries made by email.
Sharp Studio is an influencer marketing agency based in Melbourne, Australia. It is operated by Anosh Mian Khel, a sole trader (ABN 59 403 377 320). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Sharp Studio. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hi@sharpstudio.com.au.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us.
Brand enquiry form: your name, work email, brand or company name, company website, product category, campaign objectives, preferred platforms, an optional approximate budget and your message.
Creator introduction form: your name, email, the country you are based in, your main platform, links to your social profiles, an approximate follower count, your content speciality and your message.
Email: whatever you include when you write to us.
Both forms also record which page the form was sent from. We don’t ask for sensitive information such as health, financial or identity documents, and we ask that you don’t send it.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use the information you send to:
- reply to your enquiry
- work out whether a brand partnership or creator collaboration might suit you
- contact creators about relevant brand opportunities, and brands about suitable creators
- keep a record of our business correspondence
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t add you to a marketing mailing list.
When we share information
If we think there may be a fit, we may share relevant details with a potential partner. For example, a creator’s public profile links and audience information may be shared with a brand, and a brand’s name and brief may be shared with a creator. We will talk to you before sharing anything that isn’t already public.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Services that process your information
Netlify hosts this website and receives and stores form submissions. Netlify is based in the United States and may store information outside Australia.
Google Workspace provides our email. Form notifications and any emails you send us are stored there, and may also be stored outside Australia.
These providers handle information under their own privacy terms. We choose providers we consider reputable, but we can’t control how they operate their systems.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn’t load third-party tracking scripts. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where it is required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to consider possible partnerships, and then delete them. Creators who introduce themselves stay on file so we can contact them about relevant briefs, unless they ask us to remove their details. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
Email hi@sharpstudio.com.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no system is completely secure.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first at hi@sharpstudio.com.au and we will try to resolve it. If you are in Australia and you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. If you are elsewhere, your local data protection authority may be able to help.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
